We will also provide introductions to investors so that start-ups can pitch to them and successfully obtain the resources they need to continue to grow and reach milestones.• Seed Capital: We provide seed capital investment to promising early stage internet companies. • Office Space: The start-ups we accept move to our open architecture, collaborative office space located in central Kyiv through the term of the accelerator Program.• As a founding Managing Partner, helped to build the accelerator fund from scratch, including composing the operating business plan and budget, to securing backing of LP, formulating branding and marketing strategy, finding office space, developing relationships with global venture capital investors, partnerships, sourcing new startup teams to invest in and closing follow on investments.• Build and lead relationships with global venture capital firms and angel investors interested in follow on investing in startup companies.• Create relationships with experienced entrepreneurs globally to join the mentor advisory board.• Establish and lead partnerships with technology companies and service providers to create win-win synergies for startups and partners.• Key member of investment committee making final decisions regarding which companies to invest in.• Led due diligence efforts on investment opportunities.• Travel globally to attend industry conferences for speaking opportunities, building network, and promoting accelerator.
