• Performing KYC check on 3rd party payments made into the client’s custody account.• Acting as checker on client’s documents to complete the KYC, during the onboarding process or during the periodic review.• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide the voice of the customer, identify the types of problems that • Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise. Generate the most support volume and evolve the product to eliminate the highest support volume generators.• Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle.• Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise.• Managing any migration project and complete the migration within the proper timeframe.• Provide support and training to the new hires and provide mentoring to meet the company’s expectation.• Lead small projects and provide subject matter expertise to related projects.
