2ndQuadrant was founded in 2001 in England by Simon Riggs, Code Committer and Major Developer of PostgreSQL, one of the most successful Open Source projects. Today it is a network of companies and professionals who offer their experience through the provision of professional technical services at 360° on the world of PostgreSQL. The 2ndQuadrant PostgreSQL team of approximately 40 people is the largest in the world. Internally, the team adopts the devops philosophy and follows agile and lean methodologies for project management.
