Afepame is a 1901 association whose purpose is to: - Bring together new alternative payment operators, Regular Members; - Represent the collective interests of Full Members, in particular through consultation, information and lobbying actions in France, the European Union and abroad; - Define and make known the positions, proposals, opinions or concerns of the Full Members, vis-à-vis the outside world, in particular the public authorities in their broadest sense, and of all organizations, bodies, authorities, playing a role normative or influential in the area of ​​competence of the Association; - Organize common activities allowing its Regular Members to exercise their profession to the best of their ability, particularly in the field of training; - Participate in any other body or association related to the payment sector and more particularly work in close collaboration with the other member associations of the AFECEI and represent, within the A.F.E.C.E.I., the collective interests of its Full Members; - Carry out or have carried out studies useful to its purpose and initiate any administrative or legal procedure for the protection or defense of the interests of its Full Members; - Contribute amicably to the settlement of disputes that may arise between members
