Legal, Regulatory and Compliance DepartmentRegulatory Compliance- Developed and implemented Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing Program to identify high risk areas, ensuring that departments are conforming with regulatory requirements and take remediations actions if necessary- Maintain an effective and comprehensive management of compliance risk in accordance to the Securities and Futures Act and its relevant Regulations- Provide regulatory and compliance support for the development of new strategic initiatives by the company- Continuous engagement with regulator, Monetary Authority of Singapore, for all regulatory issues- Conduct regular Compliance Training and issuance of Compliance BulletinsMember Supervision- As a self regulatory organisation, we ensure that our Trading and Clearing Members conform to APEX's Rules and Procedures through periodic reviews and on-site inspections - Ensure a rigorous and efficient on-boarding of new Trading and Clearing MembersCorporate Governance- Support Corporate Secretariat on Board matters such as Director appointments, Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings
