Baobab is the nine-time Emmy Award winning animation studio for the metaverse, with a track record in creating franchisable IP, virtual worlds and social casual games. Currently the leaders of IP development in VR (42M plays out of 16mm headset install base), our universes are being turned into films, series on premium streamers (e.g, Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix), books (Penguin Random House, MacMillan), and games (Oculus, Roblox). Baobab is uniquely positioned to build out the metaverse and for Web 3 with our combination of epic storytelling and cross-platform tech stack. I lead all business development for the company and am responsible for new revenue generating partnerships from transmedia (metaverse and web3 , digital distribution) to traditional (product licensing, broadcast, theatrical, publishing).
