• Research industry compliance regulations and policies• Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments• Train employees on industry compliance requirements• Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the business• Update AML manuals and compliance policies in line with new legislation and make changes and amendments to existing policies and procedures and created new ones as required or where deficiencies are apparent• Support the compliance manager with the CIMA audit along with liaising with regulators• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance monitoring programs• Developing and implementing groups and one-to-one compliance and operational training for staff• Dealing with CDD requirements for clients globally• Carrying out risk assessments at client on boarding• Assist with Securities filings and admin using the SEC Edgar system• Assist in verifications, accreditation and due diligence of individuals and companies using platform tools when required• Maintain legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements and obtaining approvals• Provide technical advice to the first line of defence, working with other SMEs or Compliance Advisory Business Partners as required• Assist in the delivery of business and regulatory change projects• Work closely with other teams, sharing knowledge and ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach in delivering Compliance advice• Respond to compliance questions and requests from other departments• Assist with license applications in Cayman Islands and El Salvador• Assist in Outsourcing and onboarding for staff and suppliers globally.• Assist in applications for Money Services and Remittance Licenses from UK, Lithuania, and others.• Produced and compiled materials for an application for a Consumer Credit License from the FCA
