Leverage cohort based analysis and drive pilot projects to optimize the business strategies3. Design and strategize different models i.e. Risk based ROI pricing framework with business premium levers, Lead Prioritization model etc.4. Strategize pilot projects to balance off business growth in terms of profitability, income and attach rate5. Define KPI/Metrics for different business funnels and enable decision making across the customer lifecycle6. Design risk framework with wider stakeholders like Early Warning Framework to reduce delinquency on disbursed loan portfolioDigital Journey - Product Management 1. Design a coherent product vision, strategy and roadmap.2. Align the product vision in coherence with company strategy and be part of customer digital journey3. Focus on buyer problems and define & drive product roadmap in align with cross-functional stakeholders4. Design the prioritization framework based on measurable business impact and build the user centric product features5. Define clear and well scoped business requirements for tech-product team6. Assess market conditions, competition, risks and factor them into product development7. Leverage metrics/KPIs based approach to drive product features enablement and adoption8. Leading a team of product/senior business analysts to drive the products from Lead Origination to Loan Closure9. Design the strategy, evaluate and negotiate with vendors to enable digital journey with the best in class third party integrations.10. Enabling LMS system to handle more than 10K customers data with 2X growth in each quarter.
