Marketing strategy and brand management for EVE Online with an emphasis on new players. Responsible for customer facing communications and touchpoints for new players (acquisition and activation), including messaging strategy, branding, email journeys and CLM. Late 2021 I also assumed leadership of the CLM team which is focused on driving growth and delivering content to nurture new players, engage current players and recalling churned players via out-of-game communications such as emails. Working with relevant development teams, providing brand insight, and creating the marketing strategy for the features. Continuously working with internal teams to execute on the marketing communication plans.
