Overall responsibility for Ceon's Project Management Office, Customer Support and Technical Support activities.Established the PMO and Matrix Management of all Customer Facing Project Managers. Over a five year span, created a first line Customer Support Team, built a back line (Tier II Engineering/Technical Support) team to reduce emergency interrupts on the core engineering Team, and managed the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
