HRBP for Global Operations (Engineering, PS, CSM, MIS & IT), Analytics and Finance units:Provide business partnership and coaching as well as hands-on day-to-day operations:• Recruit for global key positions with partnership with the TA team.• Act as trusted advisor in strategic planning, WF planning, org. structure and change management, with a high degree of focus on scale and growth.• Support HR activities in the employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, salary raise review, recognition, C&B, learning & development needs, career paths, internal mobility, offboarding, etc.• Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to allow professional and "high touched" HR support and advisory.• Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Employee Experience, and HR Operations to support and execute people-related initiatives.Global O.D and Learning manager:• Land global organizational infrastructure to support Earnix’s fast and global scale: Global Onboarding program, Level framework, performance evaluations, employee experience initiatives, and more.• Design and lead the L&D roadmap and manage its annual budget.• Craft a Leadership training program, personal coaching, and mentoring to support our leadership teams in hyper-growth and organizational changes.• Lead learning programs and trainings for different roles and capabilities.• Orchestrated our Employer brand strategy and EVP and its implementation across all HR pillars: TA, Employee Experience, internal communications, L&D, and more.
