Focusing on innovation and execution in luxury to drive both growth in GMV and customer satisfaction, as a result, have driven double digit growth along with stronger customer satisfaction via executing initiatives that scale efficiently cross platform. Key business initiatives and innovation I am driving include: • Built out and executed the development of authenticity guarantee globally across luxury, where for the first time, eBay is checking very item for its authenticity before it is received by the buyer. Work here included rebuilding the end to end customer experience, seller experience and also the full go to market strategy • Leading innovation in luxury. Innovation here includes: Live Commerce + Live Auctions to growing it for luxury/fashion, 2) Consumer selling programs, 3) assessment of NFT and traceability of luxury goods to launching in-market, 4) direct partnerships with brands, 5) platform services• Supply growth and business development strategies. Tools and solutions around SaaS to scale up supply quality to drive the marketplace flywheel • Liquidity driving strategies (e.g. buyback, trade-in)
