· Developed fraud team and processes from the ground up, trained, onboarded, and lead 2 full-time fraud specialists, created a more efficient chargeback reporting system for top executives and accounting, and prevented around $2.5 million in fraud in 2021 for the company· Manage an additional team of 4 general specialists all dealing with escalated customer experience issues and projects such as International escalations, payment exceptions, PR and Influencer Orders, and Shipping and Logistics issues
