- Conducting New Production Testing and executing Test Cases to ensure product quality and compliance.- Writing Test Cases and Route Card formats for effective validation and prototype testing.- Utilizing Root Cause Analysis techniques to identify and address product manufacturing and customer end issues.- Hands-on experience with IoT products, including Hardware Troubleshoot and Debugging.- Proficient in using STM32CubeProgrammer, Arduino, and Tera Term for testing purposes.- Focused on Product Revamp based on Root Cause Analysis to improve manufacturing and design processes.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for New Product Introduction (NPI).- Managing project planning, scheduling, testing, risk analysis, and defect tracking.- Supporting the product owner in resolving technical issues with architecture and development teams.- Conducting Design Validation Tests (DVT) and Production Validation Tests (PVT) as per Manufacturing Regulations.- Testing and validating IoT modules, such as 4G LTE Modem, to ensure functionality and reliability.- Implementing Kaizen principles to continuously improve testing processes and efficiency.
