Global enterprise media asset management system supporting 29 million assets and 16PB of storage, for Fox’s digital supply chain that distributes production ready broadcast quality episodic and feature content and marketing materials to 23K+ customers in 195 countries. Manage a team of 70+ as well as direct the strategic development of Internal OTT platform to market content to B2B customers.• Direct the Global Supply Chain Cloud transformation to integrate the best technology vendors and enable 21CF to scale media processing and distribution across the globe to meet the B2B and consumer demand at a moment’s notice. The project will transform the existing FMC platform, with over 15 components and multiple user portals, into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform.• Improve video streaming and transcoding and search performance, enable modular implementations based on AWS services and platforms, and establish automated, continuous integration and deployment lifecycles (CI/CD).• Position Fox MediaCloud for future growth from both 21CF and external customers, Enhance Digital Asset Management/Media Asset Management to support the storage and distribution of over 20M Fox master broadcast files and marketing files tied to over 80,000 titles.• Migrate the on-premise storage arrays, to a hybrid storage solution that leverages AWS S3, Glacier, Box and other storage providers, convert web portals to rapid development and deployment stacks.• Build a cloud-based environment and services that leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automatically extract, collect, and organize metadata from FOX’s asset repository, with the ability to search, locate and view metadata and location of harvested files and enable files to be tagged.• Promoted more than six times, including Associate Director to Executive Director Level, supporting 100+ applications, and maintained that area of responsibility while gaining more responsibility from promotion to promotion.
