Location: 8/F W Global Center Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.Period: June 17, 2019– PresentDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Consolidates all the payroll instructions to be forwarded to our Payroll Vendor for processing.Conducts the initial review and validation on the time and attendance report.Conducts reviews in the payroll reportsPrepares the request for prefunding for payrollSends communications to employees regarding payroll related activities, timelines and reminders.Prepares Final Payroll Instruction for Final Pay processProcess the Final Payroll of the resigned employeesPrepares Accrual Report for Final pay employeesChecks the amount of tax that was withheld to employeesPerforms the tax reconciliation Prepares the computation for interns allowancePrepares Payroll Reports to be submitted to Finance every after payroll.Send communication to employees about the unapproved Certificate of AttendancePrepares documents requested by the employeesPerform other functions that were assigned from time to time.
