- Facilitates day-to-day strategic, brand, and process guidance for 5 global client teams, an Agency's account manager community of 18, and 3 additional cross-functional Agency teams in order to maintain client satisfaction resulting in the continued 25 year partnership with a Fortune 50 company and new business with a global IT service management company.- Develops Agency's recommendations for clients portfolio of 60+ strategic projects by analyzing client objectives, past performance data, and market trends in order to provide clients insight that defines the Agency's $4M annual retainer.- Oversees the end to end management of 60+ client projects by enabling a team of 4 account managers and 3 cross-functional Agency teams with detailed insights and materials outlining client projects, Agency services, and processes resulting in 97% of client feedback as Flawless Execution. (5 on a scale from 1-5)- Contributes to account revenue growth by creating concepts for event experiences, increasing quality of brand eminence, and building out net-new experiences from concept to execution. In 2020, increased account revenue growth by 175%.- Ensures client event-specific processes such as data privacy and business amenities are implemented into the agency’s event planning process by collaborating with client procurement and marketing stakeholders to determine roles and responsibilities of the agency execution teams.- Pilots an internal, account-specific community of 4 cross functional leaders and 18 account managers by holding monthly forums to share stakeholders feedback on challenges, wins, and process updates as well as workshop prioritized opportunities to improve internal team collaborations and process.
