• Provide engineering support to the customer facing teams on technical incidents• Product expert and technical focal point solving complex/critical issues both for field teams and customers using methodical troubleshooting techniques and various teams engagement, such as Engineering, DevOps, Infra, Algo, Product Management• Manage escalations and drive towards resolution, debugging incidents using Python and create diagnostic tools development to speed-up issue resolution time• Monitor, analyze logs and creating dashboards with Splunk, Sumo Logic and Grafana• Create scripts to identify, analyze and correct data/logs/monitor issues• Work in cloud environment (AWS, GCP) involving Linux and Windows• Investigate and solve infra issues with Docker, k8s and helm• Create pipelines and merge requests with GitLAb• Write DB's scripts using PostgreSQL• Document troubleshooting articles and 'How To' pages with confluence, open tickets and reporting bugs with JIRA / Service Desk
