Customer on boarding, health and advocate at Integry.• Being the voice of the customers internally, sharing process improvements, feedback, needs/issues into the internal ecosystem, contributing and working closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to achieve better solutions and drive growth • Planning for each customer, to address change management, engagement and adoption• Identifying customer churn risk and work with team to create and execute on "get well" plans, proactively working towards eliminating that risk• Partnering with Engineering and Quality Assurance team on identification and tracking of enhancements requests and bugs• Simultaneously managing multiple accounts including enterprise customers, who are at different points on the customer lifecycle • Working closely with Sales, on boarding new customers and setting up customer plan • Working closely with Product and Customers in developing Business cases• Developing Customer Success KPIs• Executing Success Plans
