I joined Kabam as their first in-house Technical Recruiter. In 2018, I have delivered 43 FTE hires from the advanced to the executive level with an average of 9 years of industry experience. Exceeded the company hiring target by 7%. In 2019, I got promoted to be a lead recruiter. Aside from my personal average of 35 FTE hiring targets, I also allocate 20% percent of my time to support my team members. Major responsibilities & focus:- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing; 80% in technical recruiting and 20% G&A - Actively handle average 5 reqs in senior roles or 8 reqs in mixed level at a time- Work closely with VP of Engineering, VP of Operations, mid to senior management level hiring managers to define hiring strategies - Partner with stakeholders to establish effective interview focus, format, and decision making process - Continued improvement in recruiting and interview process using ATS data report, including time to hire, turnaround time, conversion rate, the response rate- Use data and candidate feedback reporting to keep the company aware of talent market trends for the improvement of recruiting competitiveness- Supported a growing TA team that hired more than 450 FTE new headcounts in the past 3 years
