- Manages a globally distributed team of engineers. Responsible for coordinating work across timezones, setting priorities, strategic planning, and maintaining a cohesive team culture.- Leads architectural design of engineering epics given feature requirements from product. Oversees division of projects into tickets and management within Trello.- Works with engineering to set standards around developer process including git, unit testing, frameworks to interact with core services, and coding best practices.- Collaborates with other leadership to oversee growth of engineering team, including strategic hiring to support product roadmap, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent.- Acts as technical liaison in partner calls, providing insight into viability and level of effort required by new integrations.- Leads initiatives to promote collaboration and healthy culture including work life balance policies and team building exercises.
