I have been with RBC for 20 years and in that time I've had the opportunity to gain experience across different businesses in both sales and support capacities. My RBC experience spans commerical account management, business development, branch management, and currently, regional sales management. I am a passionate partner and collaborator who believes that we are strongest and most successful when all lines of business partner to provide clients with the full extent of what RBC has to offer. I enjoy being involved with new initiatives - specifically, the flexibility that comes with those situations to adjust strategy or approach in order to achieve the desired outcome. Coaching others gives me great satisfaction especially when it results in that person achieving a new level of success or leads them to a new role that will help them grow professionally.
