- On a mission to maintain and generate $10 Million plus annual sales for Renesis Tech Inc. by offering tech services and launching products gloabally - Responsible for onboarding Fintech, Gaming, Web & Mobile products and configuring tech teams to execute the development life cycle- Scaling Renesis growth processes by streamlining client relations- Help clients in conducting business analysis and develop a solid strategy to launch the products- Collaborate, assist and monitor PMO, business teams, and clients to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment- Mentor the sales team to obtain high-value project leads through professional channels i.e. Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn to achieve growth in business development for Renesis- Define strategies and work with cross-functional project teams and various stakeholders, including, design/user experience, engineering, analytics, and user enablement- Boost and enhance the Agile environment to continuously review the business needs, refining priorities, milestones, and deliverables, identify opportunities and risks in projects- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Operations, HR, Top Management) in order to present results and make the projects more user-centric- Assist business team to develop in-depth knowledge of services offered to clients i.e. Web Development, Android / iOS Development, AI/ML, Blockchain- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives (upselling)- Boost sales team performance by researching and introducing new sales channels and avenues- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, conduct feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction- Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with project managers Show less
