This is an added responsibility from Technical Support Manager at Ribbon. Daytime Emergency Recovery Duty Manager responsible for Emergency outages within our Customers network, world wide for all Ribbon Products. Service is 7x24x365. Our responsibility is fixing network outages pertaining to loss of dial tone, office power outages and anything catastrophic. Also, Business Critical Issues and E2 issues with a loss of redundancy in our product are covered in our support agreements. I also have a team that supports North America Technical Support, for Business Critical, Major and Minor issues in relation to our Ribbon products and Network support.
