As Head of People & Talent at Sensat, I’m responsible for creating an exceptional end to end employee experience, incorporating People, Talent and Workplace.Over the past two years, we've grown from 20 to 80 employees, building everything from scratch, I'm proud to say that we've built a culture that fosters collaboration, transparency and belonging. We leverage the best in agile and design thinking to create processes and workflows that meet the needs of today and scale to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
