I assist clients with recruitment, onboarding, performance management. I'm the main point of contact for client issues, concerns, and changes. I assume point of responsibility for client satisfaction and growth. I proactively identify possible upcoming needs for the client while documenting bugs and enhancements. My goal is to capture ideas and functional requirements that will improve the client experience. While I am the main source for system changes for each client, I ensure that the client is able to use the system independently all while making sure they are using best practices.
