I took on the role of SVP of Revenue to align all of our go to market functions on growth. In under a year, I hired and supported a new marketing leader who in turn rebuilt and scaled our marketing organization, worked cross functionally to focus our efforts on improving our free plan conversion, and focused our organization on retention through the integration of our customer success programming and product, leading to accelerated growth.My current focus is 1) ensuring our product strategy and roadmap deliver monetizable solutions 2) that our go-to-market strategy effectively acquires, activates, and retains our target customers and 3) that we’re expanding to new customer segments and partnerships within our defined audience.
