● Contractor working on a US Air Force contract● Install, upgrade, configure, test and maintain data and video networks● Create and maintain topology diagrams and network documentation● System setup and sustainment support, software upgrades and patches installation● Active network monitoring with Cisco Prime, ISE, and Whatsup Gold● Configure Cisco switches (3560, 3650, 3750x) to required specifications● Respond and close out tickets from Remedy issue ticket system● Maintain/update DHCP windows server● Configure encryption devices, KG’s● Configure/maintain/troubleshoot VTC equipment● Configure and monitor voice network with VX Watch, VX Builder, Cisco Call Manager● Secure network with Cisco Firewall (5540) ASM and command line● Maintain Cisco router (2900) configuration and ACL’s ● Teach and develop networking classes on DJC2 JCSE system● Troubleshoot/fix networking issues on routers, switches and firewall● Assist Sys Admin’s with patching and configuring VM’s with VMware Vsphere 6.0 and 5.0● HBSS administration monitoring RDS and VSE treats
