Leading Product Localization, ASO and SEO for Tinder with a primary focus on international expansion and end-to-end operations for all Tinder affiliate productsMy team of 15 owns the end-to-end localization process of the Tinder app into 56 languages, organic user acquisition for our global ASO portfolio and collaborates cross-functionally to make the Tinder product available in over 200 territories for tens of millions of users worldwide. Here are a few other responsibilities that fall within the scope of my day-to-day work:• Driving Tinder's global localization and internationalization operation and strategy• Collaborating across the org with product managers, engineers, marketing, legal and other key stakeholders to spec, improve and launch new features and solve for unique challenges• Leading our worldwide app store portfolio strategy across 6 stores (iTunes, Google Play Store, Xiaomi, Oppo, Samsung, and Huawei). We run 15-20 AB tests a quarter and launched Tinder's first ever ASO localization experience in over 70 markets.• Assessing and evaluating new market expansion and improvements • I'm a strong advocate for more empathy and international mindfulness through evangelization and educational opportunities
