Tiptoque
Tiptoque is a collective of Chefs created in 2015 by Marie Giordano, Thomas Bouvier and Edwy Rousseau. With the main objective of enabling Michelin-starred chefs and Parisian bistros to continue to serve their corporate clientele when they cannot come to the restaurant. By delivering ready-cooked meal trays to them the same morning in the kitchens of their restaurants, the chefs continue to defend their values and their know-how, and their corporate clientele continues to value the kitchen, not the factory.
