Tuatara Corp is a Delaware C corporation startup established in December of 2010 to introduce a disruptive technology innovation initially for the Education market. Tuatara is focused on providing students with a destination website where they may access, purchase, and custom-combine open source and disaggregated textbook material with original, user-created notes to generate Personalized Study Plans that can be securely and lawfully shared with other students. The relationships that Tuatara has with market-leading textbook publishers -- combined with a unique content disaggregation platform and integration with social media tools -- will provide students with an ability to customize and share their Personalized Study Plans in a way not currently available in the market.
