The Quality Assurance Metric Liaison/Auditor role serves as key support for the harmonization of Vida’s value-based care benchmarks within the Quality Assurance and Provider Engagement Departments’ policies, procedures, and provider development initiatives. Subject matter expert on all performance metrics and data and the primary liaison between the Provider Enablement and analytics teams, supporting the creation, distribution and support for provider performance scorecards. Answer provider questions about the scorecards and their performance and escalate as needed to analytics team members for resolution of errors and database investigations. Facilitate monthly and quarterly audits, and perform a regular analysis of benchmark data in order to provide feedback to internal stakeholders on the learning and development progress of Vida providers to foster improvement and the quality of services.
