Position – Sr SAP Basis Administrator, TDMS administrator, Client: Zuellig PharmaDuties and Responsibilities:-Provides Production support to end users in all SAP systems-Ensures systems are always running in an optimal state-Provides recommendation and proposals for improvement in technical and process wise-Configure Solman 7.1 for additional automated tools to help business-Implement TDMS 4.0 for business’ need for testing and quick system copy tool-Track and manage the SLA for tickets assigned to our team-Ensure Quality is maintained by the team in term of technical and process.-Keeps the innovation idea active in the team to help save time and effort on every tasks.
