- Software development of the K8s-based ZenHub On-Premise platform- Designed the data migration process for users migrating from an older to a newer ZenHub On-Premise infrastructure platform- Created the ZenHub On-Premise software license service- Created a public API script to enable customers to migrate ZenHub data across forked GitHub repos- Helped drive and maintain the company's attainment of SOC2 certification- Scrum Master for the DevOps team- Host of the monthly Engineering Meeting and weekly DevOps/Backend sync- Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to lead the delivery of technical support for a SaaS application in pre-sales and existing customers- Guiding technical external users through the installation process for ZenHub On-Premise on a variety of platforms
