Due to its limited means, the foundation relies on its ability to generate innovative, tech-oriented solutions and to mobilize competent external teams to deploy its Lab-developed projects. It focuses on projects whose implementation allows for a massive deployment of the solution in the relevant environments. This "scale-up" effect allows it to achieve significant impact with limited resources.
